Had a good 5 night stay for work. Lindi at reception was fantastic and placed me in the quieter Towers section of the hotel which was definitely an upgrade. Great spacious room with all facilities. Large gym with plenty of equipment and nice changing rooms. Restaurant was quiet but food was ok the one time I ate there. Breakfast was mix of buffet and a la carte and well-prepared. Housekeeping picked up little preferences and made my stay comfortable. Excellent wifi coverage. Professional and friendly staff. Very centrally located with direct access to Sadnton City mall and sister property Sun.

Everything is well thought out—from the comfort of the bed to the quality of the bathroom fittings. One of the standout experiences was breakfast. It’s not just a meal—it’s an experience. The variety, quality, and freshness of the food were unmatched. The waiters and waitresses were exceptionally well-trained, attentive without being intrusive, and consistently professional. Their uniforms and appearance spoke volumes about the hotel's investment in staff and brand presentation. From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff’s smart, stylish attire and warm smiles reflected a team that takes pride in excellence. The complimentary shuttle service to the Gautrain station was a great added bonus. The drivers were punctual, courteous, and incredibly professional, making transfers stress-free and enjoyable. We were swiftly collected from the airport by the hotels transport, which made for.an excellent transition when arriving on a later flight. The staff in the sun side of the hotel were excellent and super accommodating. They made our family feel welcome and as though nothing was too much effort. We had travelled for medical treatment, so not having anything else to worry about made all the difference. Thank you, we will be back again very soon. We also loved the connected rooms!

Overall we had a really nice stay. The plus points were the quiet rooms with comfy beds and nice breakfast included. Some of the staff were super friendly including the concierge (lady) and the breakfast staff. We also made use of the gym and sat around the pool
